This is the final normal form of the Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this form the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it.An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.

CK:8 if following the taijutsu,and double the CK of the jutsu he is copying.

The user copies the exact moves that his oponents makes following him in Taijutsu,and can copy the Ninjutsu of his oponent(except if it is kekke-genkai).
After copying the user can later learn that jutsu or taijutsu technique.There's also the clause that they can never really do it as well though because they didn't train their body to learn the jutsu. They just copied the movement. This would work mechanically, by letting the user buy the jutsu at a reduced cost.

This seems more like an S rank to me.

Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

The first technique is took from the LEAF NINJA site (http://www.leafninja.com),and by the way,Mangekyou Sharingan is S ranked while the 1 comma sharingan is D rank,two commas are B,and three commas are A.i added the thing to the sharingan copy,and changed the phoenix technique.

Okay, the copy is fine.

The Sharingan though I still think should be an S rank. I know that other sites catagorize things differently. But we're not other sites.

But then i can't use Sharingan three comma cuz im a jounin,besides uchihas that are jounin always have their sharingan with three commas...and i will never be in abillity to learn it later cuz im a jounin...........

Mhm, okay. Well, here's what we'll do. It's 8 CK per turn. And, this jutsu will give a larger decrease in price when buying a jutsu that you've copied. And... There's not much else I can do...
