Clan: The Chi Clan is renowned for their abilities to effect accuracy. They can increase or at higher levels decrease the accuracy of themselves or others. This ability is not without it’s flaws as the more they change the more they will be harmed in other ways. The Clan is one of the smaller ones in Suna, but most are shinobi. They are a relatively peaceful Clan with no interest in anything other than the productivity of Suna. They are well known to the civilians of Suna as upholders of the law and protectors. They cannot stand by as someone is being subjugated and are ardent speakers for equality. Most of the members are passionate, and live life as much as they can as their abilities in battle usually end up being the death of them at a young age. Or if they’re lucky, unlucky depending on who you ask, they may survive being shinobi with their lives but become crippled in some other way. Most of them try to reenact the saying Carpe Diem while they still can.

Looks: Kaname has long black hair that she wears in a bun at the back of her head with two enamel covered chop-sticks. Her eyes are green and intense, her face is narrow with high cheek bones. She is of average height and build. She has plenty of scars from her profession but one long one down the side of her right arm. Her fingers are long and dexterous, and usually colored with bright green fingernail polish. Kaname wears a short dark green sleeveless yukata over a pale green inner kimono. Her obi is one of the less elaborate ones and a dark blue color. She has long fingerless black gloves that go up to her elbows. Her legs are wrapped in black bandages up to her knees and she wears a pair of black beat up shin high boots.

Personality: Kaname is intensely loyal, both to her comrades and to her Village. She would do anything to protect what she believes is true happiness. She is fairly serious, but light hearted. She enjoys acting brazien when she can, totally ignoring all polite social functions. Most of the time she will joke around and act childish, but when in battle or a serious situation she will be determined and focused. She is very honorable, holding honor above most everything else. When she feels that someone is dishonorable she will do whatever she can to eliminate them or that trait in them. Kaname is also very energetic, and optimistic. She likes to appreciate the simple things in life and will wholeheartedly protect the rights of the people in her Village to experience those simple things themselves.

Special Characteristics: When Kaname is determined, she will stubbornly go on until she accomplishes her goal.

Description:
This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.

Description:
This jutsu uses a large amount of chakra to create four firefly-like chakra wings on the user's back. For the duration of the jutsu, the user can fly and even teleport. Its main purpose is to create a single, massive blast of chakra to kill an opponent with. It can only be used once in a lifetime since the user is drained of all chakra when they finish.

Description:
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ("Shunshin no Shisui"), likely referring to this technique.
The Body Flicker technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the "Sand Body Flicker" (Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the "Mist Body Flicker" (Kiri-Shunshin), "Water Body Flicker" (Mizu-Shunshin), and "Leaf Body Flicker" (Konoha-Shunshin).

Description: A Clan member can increase their or someone else's accuracy. Using this jutsu they are able to increase their accuracy so much so, that there is no possible way their next attack will miss its target. They can ensure that it won’t be dodged or blocked by any means including other bloodlines or jutsu. This massive ability uses a lot of chakra. But every time a Clan member uses it, they permanently lose 1/2 of their physical strength that can never be regained again. They also lose several years off their life and in extreme cases, the strain from this jutsu may cause severe internal bleeding. At the most this jutsu can be used two times in a Clan members life time.

Description:
Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. Unlike other clones, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.

History/Background Story: Kaname grew up a normal life. She progressed through the Academy at an average rate, not particularly fast but not slow either. When she met her cell mates they instantly became friends, doing everything together and looking out for each other. She felt as if they were her brothers that she never had. Her sensei was a guiding light for them, and she was happy. She wasn’t pushed to become strong fast and at the time there wasn’t a great need for shinobi as Suna was relatively peaceful. So her team spent more time playing and hanging out watching leaves fall from trees or playing Igo. They all became Chuunins together and continued to go on missions, refusing to do them without all three of them. It was during one of those missions that tragedy struck. They were ambushed and her two cell-mates sacrificed themselves so that she could escape with the information Suna needed. After that Kaname sunk into a depression, not wanting to ever be a ninja again. Until one day she happened to see a butterfly slip out of its chrysalis. And beat its wings to fly for the first time. As she watched this miraculous thing she was reminded of all the things just like that that she and her teammates used to enjoy watching. She knew that her teammates would want her to continued on. She never forgave herself for not being strong enough to protect them but she promised to herself that she would become strong enough to protect others so that they could see the joys of butterflies for themselves without worry. She became a Jounin a short while after that revelation.

ROLE PLAY SAMPLE: Kaname lay on her back, staring up at the trees as they swayed in the wind. The leaves rustled, the slight ‘shushing’ sound putting her mind at peace. She stared at a dragonfly that wandered past, landing on a blade of grass nearby. Kaname smiled contently and watched a few leaves fall to the ground, reminding her of all the times she and her teammates had watched this very same thing, betting when they would hit the ground. A flicker of motion to her left has her sitting up, smoothing the wrinkles on her yukata with one hand. A ninja appeared, handing her a missive. “There’s another mission for you,” he told her. Kaname accepted the envelope, opening it and skimming the mission breif. A wide grin split across her face as she smiled at the ninja. “Of course! Let’s go!” He nodded and she started off, walking purposely, reading the rest of the paper carefully. She glanced back one more time at the peaceful scene before walking off, the image lending her reassurance as to why she did things like missions.

You need to post your clan in the clan creation forum, besides that you have your first approval. Just wait for the second one and the two approvals on your clan and you are good to go.
