missing nin

where are missing nins?where do they train?they are jounins,right?can i create character to be missing nin instant.that's all.

At the moment we have no missing nin characters. They train in the Non-Village Ninja HQ. I don't believe that they are limited to Jounin's. You can create a character that is instant Missing Nin but you must have a really really good reason and show yourself to have exceptional roleplaying ability.

Also, you're not supposed to have more than one character. Are you giving up on your Akatsuki character?

no i only ask....or maybe i will if i can't use my snake techniques then i am weak. HEY can i create new character but to be Akatsuki again and delete old one?

You may create a different character and see if that one is accepted into the Akatsuki, since technically your character hasn't been approved yet.

His character has been approved into the Akatsuki.

I would wish for you to approve him. I have informed him to change his characters jutsus, even though he is a descendant of Orochimaru, because I have taken in consideration that Orochimaru could have taught him any of the jutsus he may have known.
