Oda Washi's Kunai

Kira.

Kira is Oda Washi's personal Kunai. It was forged by the Oda clan's personal smiths and made of the highest quality steel. The characters それのためのワシの追跡は犠牲である are engraved on the Kunai, meaning the Eagle hunts for it's prey.

History: Kira was made for Washi when he graduated the academy early with top marks. The Oda Clan were extremely proud of this achievement and gave Washi this specially made Kunai. Since then Kira has taken many lives and although Washi is not a weapon specialist or very good at taijutsu, his sheer speed and shunshin coupled with this kunai has killed more then two hundred ninja.

Special abilities: Oda Washi has infused his own chakra in Kira so that if he ever throws Kira it will automatically return to him. Secondly Washi is able to extend Kira to three times its length by manipluating the chakra infused into Kira and giving it the wind element.

Range: Kira like most kunai has a very short range but Washi is able to triple the length of the blade. The extended blade, however is composed mostly of wind chakra not steel so it is possible to block the blade with fire manipluation.

Appearance: Kira looks like an ordinary Kunai but it is made of steel and polished often. There are engravings on Kira. When Washi extends Kira's blade, the extension appears as a mostly blue blade due to the fact it is mostly made of chakra.

Weaknesses: Although Kira can extend the blade of the Kunai it is still not as long as a sword or katana and can leave the user vunerable in a weapon fight. Secondly although the extended chakra blade can cut through most materials it is weak against fire and can be blocked or countered by fire manipluation.

Notes: Elemental manipluation on this level is exclusive for Jounin level+ and nobody else can extend Kira but Washi because of the chakra he has infused into the Kunai.
