Learning Jutsu

As you grow and become stronger you can learn jutsu. The ranks that you can learn all depend on your rank as a ninja. The list below shows which ranks you can learn and when.

Academy Student - May learn E rank and D rank jutsu.
Genin - May learn E rank, D rank and C rank jutsu.
Chuunin - May learn E rank, D rank, C rank, and B rank jutsu.
Jounin - May learn E rank, D rank, C rank, B rank, and A rank jutsu.
Akatsuki and Kage - May learn E rank, D rank, C rank, B rank and S rank jutsu.

In order to learn jutsu you need to buy the jutsu scroll that contains the information on that jutsu.

Once you own the scroll that contains the jutsu you learn it. Unless it is rank B or higher. In that case you need to write 1000 words about training the jutsu and post it in what ever training forum you have for your rank and village. An admin will accept it if it was written well enough and made sense. Once an Admin has accepted it you have learned that jutsu.

This applies to all but E rank jutsu. You can learn E rank jutsu without buying scrolls so long as you learn them through a role playing post with someone to teach you. You must be taught by an academy student sensei, and if they say you role played well enough than you learn that E rank jutsu.
