This is Makato's personal technique.Makato constantly hits only one chakra node on the oponents body near heart or stomach making high preasure of chakra that blasts and severly damages the vital organs and near chakra nodes.Of course with training the technique becomes stronger and in the end it is fatal but the oponent can somehow escape the ending of technique and lower the preasure of chakra in his body making the damage lower.Makato at lvl 1 can make low damage to heart an close less chakra nodes.This technique is dodgable so Makato usualy uses it in the end.

:Makato hits the chakra with amazing speed increasing the preasure to deadly level.Paralyzed with pain the oponent cant do much at the begining but can somehow dodge it later.If the oponent has too much of his nodes closed and is almost unable to fight,the ending cannot be escaped and the oponent dies.Of course Makato can end the technique sooner naking high damage but not killing the enemy but leaving him unconsious.

If an oponent is tired and unable to fight normaly,Makato appears in front of the enemy and stabs his fingers in oponents chest.He then strikes him again with tremendous force and knocks him out because of incredibly high preasure.The technique cannot be dodged.If an oponent is exausted and doesn't have enough chakra,the technique is fatal.

Ill accept the first two. But as for the third, even as it is the highest level, even set for a Kage, that technique may be a little moddish. If you say it simply knocks them out from incredibly high pressure, with no possible dodging. Then I will accept it. But as for heart exploding. I cannot accept that.
