History/Background Story:Hachirou was an academy student from the snow village his dream is to be a Shimokage. he was an industrious and a wise boy. He take down his enemies with tactics. He likes to read Itchy Itchy Paradise books. in order to become a shimokage He needs to train his Hyouton and Suiton techniques.. then he dont know what is his demon form.

When Hachirou is in his demon form he gain strength and speed everytime he takes his move and he can perform any suiton techniques.

right now we dont have a snow village yet. You can be an academy student.

You might want to bring your clan's bloodline limit into the Creation Center for approval. Once that's done, you can use them.
And as Isaku just said there's no snow village yet but for now, you could try to aim for a Missing Nin from that village.

Nice chracter . Its just I thought that the ice element can only be formed by kekegenkai (i think i spelt that right) by combinding the elements water and wind to form the ice element. Like the first Hokage formed the wood element by combinding the earth and water elements.
