They were afraid I might throw a senbon when I said I wouldn't throw a kunai. So while it is troublesome, I can't really hold their suspicions against them. Make sense my little friend?"
Anei smiled, happily impressed that she had plucked his senbon from the air with such little effort.

OOC - Mwahahaha! Paks is the master of senbon, they bow down to her awesome power!

Paks cocked her head to the side. "They seemed to fear you openly lying to them."

"They feared being hurt. and a senbon can damage just like a kunai. They expected betrayal that they did not expect. "

Paks nodded. And then slipped off the branch she had been sitting on. She landed softly on the ground and turned to face Amimono-san.

Anei looked down at Paks, his mind racing faster than ever before. So many things were now set in motion. Everyone had time to put their pieces where they liked, and now, they could all do little more than watch as the events unfolded. He would have to keep a very close eye on the kazekage and his little prodigy Paks, as well as the God of the Akatsuki, such as it was. things hadn't gone exactly as he had planned.... Uko knew of his betrayal now, and would not easily play into a trap...this would take more consideration.

"How is your training with the Kage coming, little one? The time could be near for battle..."

Paks looked up at Amimono-san, smiling slightly at the nickname, "I have not trained with the Kazekage for a short while, he had been very busy with other things."

Paks looked down at her hands. "If we do go into battle soon... I would think that I am ready, however, I am still a Genin, and as such I do not know how much help that would be," a steely look entered her eyes, "I will become a Chuunin. As soon as possible."

Anei smiled softly, stepping closer, messing her hair a little, speaking softly and moving his hand to her shoulder.
"I'm sure you'll be fine little one. Sometimes the only thing that seperates a Genin from a Chuunin is the time it takes to actually take the exam. Not having the title doesn't necessarily mean you lack the skill."

Paks nodded slowly. Even if the Kazekage was busy, she still had one teacher of sorts. Paks looked off to the side, staring at the swirling sand.

"Would you like to spar Amimono-san?" She asked quietly.

Anei smiled softly, glad of her eagerness to better herself. A rare, admirable quality. it would serve her, and him, perhaps, very well.
"If you'd like, my little one. Practice never hurts."
