Perk for non-Clan members

If you create a character that doesn't belong to a Clan than you will receive the following benefits:

+20,000 Yen

+4 D-rank jutsu

This does not mean that you can create a character without a bloodline and then find out about having one later in your story line. If you go this route you are unable to have a Clan at all, no matter what.

To clarify:

No matter what your character cannot receive, get, or procure a bloodline through any means after getting this bonus.

What if you obtain a bloodline after killing a friend? You know you take their bloodline? Kinda like Kakashi?

That means no bloodline whatsoever, for any reasons.

I know but there's a loophole in that. If you notice, it says you can't find out you have one later. It doesn't specify that you can take someone's. I'm not getting on your case, I just think you should change that to make it clear.
