Chakra Usage: 9/10

Description: This jutsu requires a minimal amount of chakra, but not only changes the image, but increases the amount of force put into it, allowing more strength and ability. The abilities also can alter by the amount of chakra forced into the jutsu. This jutsu is only usable if you possess the Kodou Miraa-Gikou, meaning you must be a member of the Miraa Clan, and have visualized a second Doujutsu using it. Though you are allowed total altering of this jutsu and the Doujutsu being altered, it can only be changed into 5 different, total, images. Ukokei has already altered the Mangekyou Sharingan using his jutsu, allowing him 5 total, different technique-wise, jutsus. Below are the 5 types:


Dash Mangekyou- This visualization alteration of the Mangekyou Sharingan allows Ukokei to alter the speed of any seen object, and only requires a minimum amount of chakra. This can be used to either up the speed, for example, of a kunai being thrown at the opponent, or can slow things down, such as an incoming projectile, such as a kunai being thrown at Ukokei.


Flourescent Mangekyou- This visualization alteration of the Mangekyou Sharingan allows Ukokei to alter the light or color or any object, only requiring a minimum amount of chakra. This can be used to alter the light, for example, change an Infinite Darkness Jutsu to a Shining Ray Jutsu, causing the field to be covered in a blinding light, or he can change the color of items, making the opponent a light color so that Ukokei can see them in darkness, or possibly make them darker to see them in the light.


Foresight Mangekyou- This visualization alteration of the Mangekyou Sharingan allows Ukokei to see attacks before they happen, or read the opponent mind, only requiring a minimum amount of chakra. This can be used to visualize a petite strategy of avoidance, or possibly ready an attack before the opponent can strike with theirs, or Ukokei can use it to read his opponents mind, being ready for any plan they may have ready for him.


Scope Mangekyou- This visualization alteration of the Mangekyou Sharingan allows Ukokei to see through objects, or see anything up to 10 miles away. This can be used to find an opponent who's hiding, behind a rock, tree, wall, etc., almost any object. This also helps, being the fact that it allows the vision to go as far as 10 miles, allowing him to see far enough that this can be used for spying missions from a long distance.


Devourment Mangekyou- This visualization alteration of the Mangekyou Sharingan allows Ukokei to drain the opponents chakra when catching him in eyesight, or draining chakra from objects, making them rot, decay, and provide him extra energy. This is the only alteration type that actually allows Ukokei to hurt the opponent. With this, Ukokei gathers energy, enabling him to alter to any other visualization he may need. This is also useful if the opponent is low on energy, allowing him a quicker, more painful death to his opponents.

I think an S-Rank with only a 2/10 Chakra Usage rating is way too easy to use.

No it isn't. It's just changing the image of a Doujutsu to make it have a few different abilities. I have to raise the chakra to 9 though.

This one essentially allows you to have enough time to dodge any attack, for a small amount of CK.

This one is just obviously off. It allows you to read minds.... and see attacks before they happen... for a small amount of CK... Do I need to add more?

This one basically gives you more CK. With just a glance.

Really Kei-kun, these are overpowered. You can't say that they're not.

I do think they are overpowered, but they aren't supposed to be a small amount of chakra, cause each of those abilities require using 9 chakra, so everytime I use it I lose 9 chakra, along with the 9 chakra I used to alter to it. Do you understand now?

Do you lose 9 more chakra to switch between the different forms?

Ya. I told you to alter it cost 9.

Each turn it drains 9 chakra.
